Responsible Gambling
Gambling should stay fun
Gambling can be addictive, so we want it to stay a form of entertainment for you. It is never a way to earn money.
Simple habits that help
Play only with money you can spare. Keep an eye on how much time and money you spend. Avoid trying to win back what you have lost, and take breaks often.
Taking a break
If you feel you need time away, write to [email protected] and ask for self-exclusion. Your account is then closed promptly. Please tell us about any other accounts you hold and avoid opening new ones during your break.
Signs to watch for
If gambling starts to affect your money, your work or the people around you, or you find it hard to stop, it may be time to ask for help.
Where to get help
GamCare offers advice and practical help with the effects of gambling. Gamblers Anonymous is a fellowship where people support one another in dealing with gambling problems.
Under 18s
Our services are for adults only. Anyone under 18 is not allowed to open an account or play.
